{Art and Wall Décor}

I offer a wide range of prints (art) and products (wall décor). I offer everything from Prints to Magnets to Canvas’s and even Custom photo albums! The possibilities are endless! My prints are printed through a professional lab and come with a luster coating that protects them from everyday life such as finger prints and sun damage. These are printed from a 4×6 through 20×24. {Booking}

An invoice will be sent within 24 hours of booking your session & it must be paid within 48 hours of the invoice being sent. Because I am reserving that spot for you, your retainer fee will be and is non- refundable. Your retainer fee will apply to the final investment price of your session. There will be no reschedules, unless weather related or an emergency arises. If you need to cancel, you must cancel within 48 hours of your session time or you will be charged for your session, in full. Your session is given a 30-minute leeway; if you are more than 30 minutes late you will be charged a late fee. If you are more than an hour late, your session will be canceled and you will be charged for the full session amount. All sessions are covered for travel within a 30-mile radius of Vienna, Illinois. Travel outside of the 30-mile radius of 62995. will have an additional charge of $.54 per mile to and from the location of choice to the final total of your session.

The only time a refund will be given is in the case of my own cancellation for emergency purposes. Please understand that the sooner you reserve your spot the better because my dates do fill up fast, especially weekends and around the holidays. If a payment isn’t received within 48 hours of booking your date and time, I will cancel your scheduled session and the date we discussed will no longer be available to you. I also do meet and greets, if you’d like to sit down and have a cup of coffee a week or so before your session; we can go over what you are looking to achieve during your session.

{Payment}

Cash, Cashier’s Checks and PayPal are the ONLY FORMS accepted. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay; all you will need is an email address and a debit / credit card. If paying by cashier's check, please understand that the check must clear before I will photograph your session. If your check bounces, I require a $30 ‘bad check’ fee as well as the full payment before your scheduled session in cash. Payment plans are also available upon request only.

{Portrait Turn Around Time}

Now that I am a mommy to three beautiful little girls, processing pictures takes a little bit longer than it used to! Please note that it can and may range anywhere from 2-8 weeks. If the process of your session takes longer than the max of eight weeks, I will contact you personally. If you need your portraits processed by a specific date, please be sure to book your session, accordingly to have them completed by your projected due date. Rose Lee Photography will NOT be held responsible if your session is not completed by your projected due date, if you as the client, failed to book accordingly. All sessions and events will be processed and completed by the date your session or event was photographed. First photographed, first processed. I do not and will NOT process any session or event, before another session or event is completed and delivered. The number of images can and will vary between each session. You will always be guaranteed the minimum amount and depending on the session and how well it goes, you may even receive more.

{Military Discount}

As an Army brat and a USAF Veteran’s wife, I understand the hardships of the military life and its finances. I do offer a 15% discount to all active, reserve, retired, and dependents of the military service man or woman. To receive your discount, you must present a valid ID at your meet and greet or at the beginning of your sitting and you must pay in full at the time of booking. Discounts will not be given nor applied to already discounted bundles, promotions, and/or specials offered by the photographer.
