Happy 4th of July from my little ladies and myself to my clients and readers out there! Another holiday means my girls get to dress up, come down to the studio, and have a mini session with mama as the photographer! This year we didn’t go out to see the base Fireworks display but instead we stayed home as a new family of four, which was nice. Below is a slideshow of some of the images I happen to capture of my little one’s for the 4th of July holiday!

Happy 4th of July my family, clients, and friends! I hope everyone had a happy and safe holiday.

She is here! Baby Rose Lee Photography #2 has been born. All 9lbs, 7oz of her! Happy BIRTH-day to baby Rose Lee Photography #2. Her birth compared to my first was by far the hardest I have been through. It took my midwife and two other nurses pushing and pulling to get baby girl out! I couldn’t be more thankful to my friend Alicia Marie of Alicia Marie’s Photography for being there to not only capture the birth of my baby girl but also be my support. I tried laboring on my own without any pain meds on Pitocin. I wanted to give birth as naturally as I could but my body had other plans for me since it went into shock around 8cm dilated. Again, without my support system in the room with me; Alicia being one of them I don’t think I could have given birth to my precious little one. My readers I’d like you to meet baby Rose Lee Photography #2, miss Katelyn Rose.

Thank you again to everyone who was present this day and to those who helped when help was needed.
I couldn’t have done this without you.
Also, thank you to my readers for allowing me to be so personal with you and share my story.

The Boyd family, where do I begin? They were the most enthusiastic, lively, energetic group I have ever gotten to work with and let me just say; I am so glad to see that there are other families out there that are just like the one I grew up with! The Boyd family reminded me so much of my own family and I enjoyed every single moment with them. Michelle and Tim, you have a wonderful family and are building a great legacy. I sure hope you know that! Please enjoy your sneak peeks from your session below.

Thank you to this wonderful family for trusting me with your memories. I enjoyed every minute I worked with you.
